Position Overview:

The Program Manager of Supportive Housing is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the Supportive Housing Program which includes Lifes Bridges and Stepping Stones Programs. The Program Manager provides supervision to the Youth Advocates, Education & Employment Specialists, Intake Specialists, Housing Specialists and administrative staff. Ensures adherence to DSS/OCFS/HUD standards and agency policies and procedures through direct supervision, budget oversight, and submission of standardized reports/data collection.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Human Services field with a minimum of 6 years child welfare experience; or a Masters degree with 4 years of child welfare experience. Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to utilize advanced administrative and supervisory skills to carry out those responsibilities. Must have a valid Drivers license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with an attention to detail.
