General Summary:

职位目标:

1.根据生产计划安排,改机换型,处理设备异常,支持完成生产任务。

2.按照SPE-Run计划和工艺要求,完成SPE-Run工作任务 管理备件,减少备件费用消耗,确保维护费用处于控制范围内

工作内容:

  1. 完成每天的设备故障维修,确保设备处于良好的工作状态,非计划停机时间在控制范围内。

  2. 快速切换产品型号,确认SPE-Run相关生产信息,确保E-run顺利进行。

  3. 确保各项记录、表单准确与完整填写。

  4. 配合工程师进行新设备的安装调试。

  5. 控制原材料、生产辅料及附件和设备备品备件的消耗,参与或开展降低成本和设备优化的改进项目。

  6. 配合生产安排,如有必要,顶替操作员工作。

  7. 有效地执行相应的环保,安全生产职责。

任职资格:

  1. 熟悉气动元件及回路控制,能看懂机械部件图纸和电气原理图。熟悉Sputter,切割工艺基础,熟悉Sputter,切割相关设备的原理。熟练掌握英语读写和相关电脑软件操作。

  2. 有三年以上设备维护工作经验/管理经验(应届生也可)。

  3. 机械或电子专业大专及以上学历。

  4. 有良好的人际沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神。

工作场所:洁净车间。工作场所职业病危害:涉及放射性射线。
