General Summary:

职位目标：

1.根据生产计划安排，改机换型，处理设备异常，支持完成生产任务。

2.按照SPE-Run计划和工艺要求，完成SPE-Run工作任务 管理备件，减少备件费用消耗，确保维护费用处于控制范围内

工作内容：

1. 完成每天的设备故障维修，确保设备处于良好的工作状态，非计划停机时间在控制范围内。

2. 快速切换产品型号，确认SPE-Run相关生产信息，确保E-run顺利进行。

3. 确保各项记录、表单准确与完整填写。

4. 配合工程师进行新设备的安装调试。

5. 控制原材料、生产辅料及附件和设备备品备件的消耗，参与或开展降低成本和设备优化的改进项目。

6. 配合生产安排，如有必要，顶替操作员工作。

7. 有效地执行相应的环保，安全生产职责。

任职资格:

1. 熟悉气动元件及回路控制，能看懂机械部件图纸和电气原理图。熟悉Sputter，切割工艺基础，熟悉Sputter，切割相关设备的原理。熟练掌握英语读写和相关电脑软件操作。

2. 有三年以上设备维护工作经验/管理经验（应届生也可）。

3. 机械或电子专业大专及以上学历。

4. 有良好的人际沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神。

工作场所：洁净车间。工作场所职业病危害：涉及放射性射线。
