Global Foundries IP Program Manager (Change Control) in Woodlands, Singapore
Introduction
Program manage IP impact assessment within a committed timeline based on GF process development kit roadmap to ensure all developed or developing IPs are meeting quality requirements and customer’s IP usage experience is seamless when change occurs without incurring any or more investment.
Your Job
Program management/coordinating IP Impact Assessment within committed timeline
Assess and define IP Impact Assessment plan based on PDK update
Perform Physical verification DRC/LVS/DFM, PEX extraction and Spice simulation against predefined passing criteria and meeting committed cycle time
Consolidation and review of IP Assessment results
Support customer queries and resolve technical issues related to IP
Chair meeting / review with all stakeholders for impact seen on the IP and drive to closure
Architect and design new test suite for electrical assessment of various IP
Documentation of IP technical issues, waiver documents and assessment report
Maintain SOP workflow documentation and preparation for audit
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IC design field
Candidates with no prior experience will be considered at Engineer level
Knowledge in RTL to GDS flow, Analog simulation
Proficient in layout design and drc/dfm/lvs debugging
Hands on experience in industry standard CAD tools
Proficient in any scripting & automation languages
Familiar with tools like library compiler/Prime-time/VCS is a Plus
Preferred
