Job Title: Machinist Positions (I, II, III)- Swing Shift Shift: Training on Day Shift, then Swing Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:15 pm-1:45 am) + $2 shift differential Pay: $20.04 to $32.59/hour, performance-based raises, sign-on bonuses
About the Role: We are actively seeking skilled Machinists to join our Swing Shift team. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in precision machining, operating CNC machines, and a strong teamwork ethic. Prior to transitioning to the Swing Shift, you'll undergo training on the day shift to ensure familiarity with our processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (Hakusui lathes, mills).
Perform precision machining on various materials.
Collaborate with the engineering team.
Use hand tools for measurements and inspections.
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Familiarity with machining tools and operations.
Proficiency in both manual and CNC machining.
Basic knowledge of GD&T.
U.S. Person per ITAR regulations for eligibility.
Preferred:
2-year Machine Technology program or relevant Associate's degree.
Experience with MasterCam.
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
