As ourHousekeeping Supervisor, you will have an opportunity to ensure our guests are welcomed into a clean and fresh room and that their stay is memorable, as you lead and guide a team of professional Room Attendants. During your day, you will conduct room inspections and work with your Room Attendants to address needs that may arise before the room is ready for check-in. You will have an opportunity to coach and guide your team to be their best every day. This is a great entry level leadership role where you will be able to hone your skills working in one of the largest departments in the hotel and start paving the way toward a great future with Hyatt! The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, energetic, have strong communication skills, able to use technology, and looking to grow within the hospitality industry. Shifts could be in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner

  • Ability to provide feedback and conduct coaching conversations

  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hrs. a day

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to utilize technology (computer, Microsoft Office products, etc)
