Responsibilities Provides staff guidance and direction to elements engaged in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to assure that actions are in keeping with office and higher echelon objectives. Assists in the development, maintenance and coordination of a responsive financial management program to assure availability of resources to meet established milestones and events for Logistics Power Projection goals. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates accomplishment of program by review of reports, studies, projects, information and recommendations provided by staff members, support personnel, and other organizations. Maintains cognizance of the organization’s financial plan through review of periodic cost summaries, review and analysis of those reports to include but not limited to recommend reprogramming actions to assure maximum utilization of available funds. May serve as team leader for special projects. As team leader, is responsible for coordinating the activities of a multi-functional team.
