IHG Coordinator of Residential Services and Pre-Openings – Six Senses Branded Residences Business Unit (Bangkok based) in Thailand

Role Purpose

Perform a variety of coordination and support for managers and/or staff of an assigned business unit (Branded Residences) coordinate special projects for the assigned manager(s) to support departmental/division business operations. Under general supervision, assist with developer's roadmap, research trends and relevant materials, administrative governance including the projects development, implementation, administration and support of the business unit and residential leaderships

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operation of all administrative tasks allocated to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards for branded residences.

  • Supports the Corporate Dir of Residences in administrative task, research, organizing meetings, following up on tasks, coordinating with property and pipeline residential leaders on residential task and critical path.

  • Assist to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced including preparing Residential brand guidelines and related documents.

  • Develops and supports residential operational strategies that is aligned with the brands' business strategy and leads its execution. Strong Knowledge of Estate and Property management functions to support the role.

  • Preparation of owners and developers decks for kick off presentations and in ensuring each project is tailored and customized in presentations.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major

Experience

  • 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, hospitality, branded residences or related professional area

  • Strong in administrative and presentation skills
