The Director will manage all operations of Lubin House in NYC, assuring effective functioning of facility including management of $1.2M budget, 10 staff, and physical space including guest rooms, event spaces, offices, and an art gallery. The Director addresses all routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance issues through coordination with building management, Campus Planning, Design and Construction and external vendors.

The Director works with various city offices on required inspections of the building (DOB, FDNY, DOH, third party elevator inspectors). Promotes the use of Lubin House with the leadership, faculty and staff at the University.

This position is located at Lubin House, Syracuse University’s home base for New York City operations, at East 61st Street in Manhattan. The expected salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 – $140,000 annually.
