Aston Carter Human Resources Generalist in Stanford, Kentucky

Description:

The human resources generalist will oversee a wide range of HR related tasks while providing support to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll

  • Experience with HR systems (ADP, Paylocity)

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes when needed

  • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations

  • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database

  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
