Ecolab Inc Associate Treasury Analyst in St. Paul, Minnesota

Ecolab has an opening for an Associate Treasury Analyst in our Treasury department which offers a team-focused and dynamic environment that provides challenging opportunities for developing analytical, finance, and Treasury skills.This is an entry-level position that will lead to additional opportunities within the Ecolab finance/treasury department after you develop a track record of success. This position requires a self-starter who will work to continuously improve Treasury processes, focus on operations, banking administration, daily cash positioning, payment executions while developing their finance skillset, and maintain a rigorous control environment. Success in this position will require a deep understanding of the reporting needed around bank accounts and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization on a global basis. The Treasury Associate Analyst will interact with Ecolab global banking relationships and a variety of Ecolab contacts in Finance, Global Business Services and across the globe. What You Will Do: Provide back up on all daily cash positioning and payment executions. Prepare and manage outgoing cash transactions through banking platforms as requested, adhering to implemented processes. Monitor cash management and month end accounting related processes to ensure compliance. Research and resolve queries in a timely manner. Initiate required user administration activities on various bank portals to add, remove and maintain user access according to Ecolab procedures as well as maintain administrative logs and reports as required by corporate controls. Organize and verify bank account signatory data across all regions and use the Kyriba Treasury Management System to record signatory authorities with applicable accounts. Work as the liaison between global banking relationships, local team, and global Treasury organization on all documents needed to open/close bank accounts while standardizing and streamlining processes. Provide assistance with annual compliance requirements for FBAR filing process, KYC, SOX. Lead treasury management system Kyriba for maintenance, administration, and functionality changes. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve treasury processes and systems. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
