Installation Supervisor

What would you do as our Installation Supervisor

As our Installation Supervisor you will manage all on site operations of the contracts awarded to you, ensuring that all personnel and operations under your control are compliant with current Health & Safety requirements & expectations. In this exciting role you will work proactively with both internal & external resources to ensure the agreed program is maintained and that the operational team is advised of any issues that may impact on the regular progress of the works.

You would also:

  • Keep our customers updated on onsite operations and promptly address any issues, while coordinating with Site Management to review and adjust contract program as needed

  • Communicate effectively with the Project Coordinator regarding product and delivery requirements, as well as providing detailed information on materials required

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, project timelines, and resolving installation or technical issues promptly and effectively.

  • Provide technical and site support to all business sectors and service colleagues to facilitate long-term development and success of the company

  • Ensure that all necessary site paperwork is in place and that Pre and Post Installation Inspections are conducted as required

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of the industrial door industry sector and has CSCS card, IPAF or SSSTS / SMSTS

  • Is determined, well organized and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Has experience of managing engineers and sub-contractors

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Is technically minded with an ability to understand drawings and site difficulties.
