Sales Training ManagerDepartment Network - CQ PartnersJob Locations USJob ID2023-19885Can this position be a remote position?YesOverviewThe position will work directly with the Training department and very closely with the Sales team. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that all Account Managers (AMs) are proficient in their knowledge and implementation of All the Right Things (ATRT) and the fundamentals of growing the P&Ls of their assigned portfolios of business (our customers). Special attention will be given to AM's presentation and facilitation skills.Responsibilities- Partner with management to analyze, identify, and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals and group training needs- Coordinate and deliver new AM orientations, onboarding and training, including formal classroom training and post training follow-up assessments and testing- Evaluate and assist in designing training related content and procedures- Assist in content management of electronic resources- Facilitation feedback and coaching- Measure and analyze program data related to training effectiveness- Liaise with departments to manage and assign training programs outside of the sales organization- Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement through development programs- Assess learning needs for individuals enrolled in CQ's development programs- Observation of all weekly teletrainings for all assigned AMs, following up with timely feedback and role play- Active role in assisting to develop content for in-person CQ Development Programs (EDP) for customers- Active role in assisting to develop content for AMs for NSM, regional trainings, and webinars (as needed)Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of equivalent relevant experience- Proven results of ability to drive growth through the training and accountability of others- Strong ability to teach and influence without direct positional authority- Advanced consulting experience required to persuade and influence behavior- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) needed to convey clear direction and expectations to achieve results to be accomplished- Excellent organizational skills (project management)- Facilitation experience in group discussions, conducting classroom learning seminars/workshops, and Web-based learning settings- Experience in training sales people, franchise consultants or other trainers- Experience managing multiple priorities and deliver on-time results- Ability to understand and have in depth knowledge of profit & loss statements- Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc)- Ability to travel overnight up to 50% to locations throughout the U.S. to conduct training and ensure that all company directed programs are fully implemented- Ability to work remotelyThe Company is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
