The Point of Sale Representative develops and executes graphic point of sale material to support the company’s sales departments. He or she works closely with other United departments to produce high-quality point-of-sale material according to company and supplier standards. Assist with special events including some night and weekend wor k.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
1 – 3 years of direct experience in a similar position preferred
Valid driver’s license in applicable state
Able to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
Ability to safely operate industrial power equipment
Must be comfortable working in non-temperature controlled environments.
Must be comfortable with heights, not limited to equipment, or ladders.
Willing to train in house to obtain CDL license preferred
Responsibilities
Receive and manage warehousing of all Point of Sale (POS) material for beer, wine and spirits sales
Complete and deliver quality work per established deadlines
Install POS in the marketplace as needed
Ensure proper warehousing procedures including operation of equipment, proper storage techniques, and locating of all products
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with all United teams to provide quality service to internal and external customers
Report sales team or customer needs and concerns to appropriate management and actively participate in developing and delivering resolutions
Maintain constant communication and collaboration with the sales and delivery departments to work together as a team
Assist in setting up promotional meetings and events including some nights and weekends when needed
Drive to assigned locations as needed
Work with Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager on special event execution- to include product delivery, set up and execution of festivals/events for United and its suppliers

Physical Requirements and Essential Functions
Regular, reliable attendance required
Able to talk and hear, stand and walk, sit, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
Able to stack, unstuck and relocate large amounts of product weighing up to 50-65 lbs throughout the day, with some overhead lifting required
Able to drive and safely operate a vehicle
Able to safely operate power industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to judge distance.
Works occasional nights and weekends as required
