About the Role:
As a CBRE EVC Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets primarily EV chargers deployed at the current Islandwide by providing support to the Property & Territory Managers and relevant government agencies regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do:
Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
Acknowledge all client inquiries issue work orders and coordinate SR with Call Centre.
Collect information reports to find out performance issues and progress status.
File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
Conducts client meetings and communicates to clients regarding regional facilities performance.
Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
Manages the EVC operations and maintenance of facilities within a cluster.
Manages facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.
Develops policies and procedures to ensure that client contract specifications are fulfilled.
Prepares presentations to management and clients to obtain approval for FM Scorecard Monthly.
Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients.
Prepares Yearly capital project budgets and operating budget reports with Account Lead
Prepares periodic operating budget variance reports with Data Analyst
Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance periodically.
Ensures facility procedures comply with local HSSE regulations.
Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Need:
Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with up to 5 years of job-related experience managing facilities and preferably exposure managing EV Chargers Reactive and Preventive Maintenance.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
