CN New Seller Recruit team is looking for a talented and self-driven Sales Operations Specialist, who can manage business operations and drive initiatives to support business teams in bringing CN Sellers selling globally and resolving critical business challenges.

The ideal candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity, perform strong analytical skills, manage stakeholders, work without authority/influence senior leadership, streamline process to improve efficiency and willing to deal with routine operational tasks. He/she should have superior communication, analytical and structured problem-solving skills. The experience of working autonomously with multiple teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is highly preferred.

Key job responsibilities

• Continuously work to identify opportunities for business operation process improvement, design and drive solutions (e.g. new SOPs)

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis with large data sets to identify business opportunities, and effectively communicate conclusions to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Manage routine business operation tasks effectively and efficiently

• Support critical business review and planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
