Job Description

The Construction & Engineering Global Industry Unit (CEGIU) is focused exclusively on helping project-intensive businesses in key vertical Industries such as engineering and construction, public sector, aerospace and defence, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing and high tech, IT Services, manage their entire project portfolio lifecycle, including projects of all sizes. It is estimated that projects totalling more than $9 trillion in value have been managed with CEGIU products/solutions .

Summary:

Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Industry Unit (CEGIU) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced outside Sales Representative covering a segment of the China market. Main objectives are to support sales targets of all acquired products and to integrate all these products in the major opportunities we are seeking to develop in our key verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an assigned sales territory, responding to sales enquiries but also creating & closing new opportunities for CEGIU product / solution to reach a defined quota

  • Existing Account Management working with some of the largest companies in the sales territory

  • New Account development in the territory identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions based on CEGIU products / solutions to satisfy their requirements and meet/exceed their expectations

  • Develop a collaborative environment with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners, Field sales representatives & Telemarketing agents to drive revenue, maximise customer service & implement direct sales campaigns in the territory.

  • Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager · Define opportunity close plan for major opportunities

Responsibilities

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
