Position summary:

This position aims to build solid mid-long growth strategy for Mako, including market development plans, pricing and channel strategy to grow sustainably in a profitable way.

Main responsibilities include developing n ew product launch strategy, annual marketing plan and executing in a timely manner to achieve sales target & OPINC target.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Mako Product Marketing

  • Develop new product launch strategy and market development for new product portfolio

  • Develop marketing strategies including big picture marketing, annual marketing and 5 yrs. Marketing plans

  • Develop core positioning and messaging for Mako

  • KOL management for developing Mako marketing initiatives

  • Lead Effective communication with sales, MPS(field product specialist) and Implant business for successful delivery of marketing plans

  • Build pricing strategy to maximize sales potential for Mako

  • Manage product life cycle including key products launch

  • Organize value-added MedEd programs for customer engagement

  • Budget management: NA, CER, and samples etc.

  • Market analysis and data management to understand market dynamics and capture core insight

  • Write and communicate key documents incl. regular reports

  • Equipment and instruments management (Budget Allocation for Demo / CER)

  • Initial compliance review regarding MKT & sales activities and provide needs assessment for HCP related activities according to the internal guideline & KMDIA recommendation.

Education & special trainings:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

  • English communication skill required

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Qualifications & experience:

  • Min. 5 years experience in marketing

  • Experience in healthcare industry required, Sales experience preferred but not required.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on time

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
