Attendant - Guest Service Center
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Attendant who will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
