Position Overview

As our Lead Analyst - Web Analytics for our fast-expanding eCommerce business, you will help shape and lead our Digital Marketing strategies. Your primary focus will develop and implement full funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, visitor behavior, product performance, and sales performance across all owned digital transactional channels (.com, account, product). Your role will be collaborative, working with global partners and other teams outside of the immediate organization, such as other analytics and Data Science teams. You will be reporting to the Sr, Director of Analytics, Data & Systems.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced analyst, with experience with model building and using the power of statistics to achieve business growth and improve customer experience in the digital world. You will be remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with our teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Web Analytics-driven solutions.

· Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities.

· Create regular reports and dashboards, summarizing important findings and presenting applicable insights to the Digital eCommerce team and other stakeholders.

· Support in the planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties.

· Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the digital behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience.

· Collaborate with Digital marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion attribution, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics.

  • At least 3 or more years of experience in Marketing and Web Analytics

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics software.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including tagging, pixels, and cookies.

  • Expertise in SQL; experience working in cloud-based data platforms

  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis techniques.

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing/sales and eCommerce analytics and subscription businesses

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
