Job SummaryThis position provides exceptional care for our patients and guests by offering them professional service and creating a memorable patient experience. The working title Medical Support Specialist (MSS) provides customer service and support to the patients referred to the University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC), facilitating the efficient delivery of patient care. The UDAC is part of the Department of Pediatrics and provides developmental assessments and diagnosis to children at risk for developmental complications. The MSS completes patient registrations, schedules patient appointments, arrives patients and is the face of the clinic. This position will work closely with the UDAC team to help ensure our patients receive continuity and quality service and care by providing an exceptional patient experience.
