Project Director Job Locations Work From Your Own Home | US-CA-Huntington Beach ID 2024-13891 Overview The Project Director will be responsible managing varying priorities to provide high-quality project deliverables completed on time and within budget from concept through completion. You must be able to demonstrate initiative and critical thinking to customize work approaches, present information, and issue resolutions. This position will report to our VP Americas, PMO. Responsibilities Prepares materials and leads Project Keystone team (compliance team) to build the compliance foundations for Element NA ensuring NIST 800-171 compliance at a minimum. Prepares materials as needed for SteerCo and leadership updates. Raises risks and opportunities to achieving the Projects Charter, Scope, and Objectives. Oversees current state compliance levels. Works closely with PMO team as well as legal and functional teams to ensure visibility to risks and opportunities for the project. Skills / Qualifications Must have solid acquisition experience where compliance to FARS and DFARS is critical. Core competencies: NIST800-171/CMMC, Regulatory Compliance, DFARS/FedRAMP/CUI/ITAR. Solid project management experience. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Excellent business judgement skills and teamwork oriented. Strong financial management skills to keep projects on budget. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Must be a US citizen.
