The Assistant Body Shop Manager assists the Body Shop Manager in developing business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to ensure adequate sales volume. Additionally, they will support the Body Shop Manager in achieving department operating profit in accordance with dealership and corporate established goals. The Assistant Manager will supervise the employees in performing collision repairs, productivity levels, and maintaining quality standards.
