Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting clear timelines, expectations and deliverables with the team, and communicating across partner teams.

  • You will collaborate closely with the product area lead on project scope, estimates, yearly and quarterly plans and outsourcing scheduling.

  • You will collaborate closely with Technical Art, Design, Data Science, User research, Customersand Engineering teams to ensure that the product meetshigh standards, and you will drive feature specification, requirements, and multi-disciplinary reviews yourself.

  • You will also utilize various availablesignalsto iterateand guide thedecision-making process.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring clarity in planning, driving high levels of energy and getting everyone on the same page by convincing your team and stakeholders about the “why” behind the sequencing/scope you propose.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and designers, to ensure a cohesiveend-to-end experience.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science AND 5+ years experience in product/program management

  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to clarify scope and timelines through writingspecification and planning.

  • Prior experience of working on v1 products to find product market fit.

  • Proven track record successfully driving product features from inception to market.

  • Experience in mixed reality technologies and products.

  • Data-driven decision making and technical depth to understand and discussion architectural and technical trade-offs of various approaches with engineering counterparts.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
