RISE is looking for Behavior Technicians to deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA), tutoring autistic children to increase their skills and reduce their behaviors.

Behavior Technicians (BT) are classified by Medicaid as skilled positions. RISE will train and credential you (an amazing addition to your resume) as a Behavior Technician (BT) therapist to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) to children with autism in a home-based model. The BT specifies their availability to accept cases, which gives you better control over your work/life balance. RISE technicians operate as a team and support each other through fun and interactive in-service events. RISE services the full northern portion of Michigan's "mitt" and has many patient opportunities near you!

The ABA Therapy programs are written by a clinically qualified ABA Supervisors and the technician's job is to deliver the programming 1:1 to the autistic child, while documenting your work in an insurance billable way.

Pay ranges from $14 - $17 per hour dependent on your experience and retention with RISE.
