Exciting Opportunity for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Provo, UT!

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts only.
Setting: Residential treatment center for adolescent boys and girls aged 12-18.
Location: Springville Campus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, intakes, treatment planning, follow-ups, and discharges for assigned patients.
Oversee psychiatric functions of the school and provide psychopharmacological therapy.
Conduct individual adolescent and family therapy sessions as required.
Complete patient documentation and notes in accordance with company policy.

Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
NP/APRN/PA degree from an accredited program. Post-Masters PMHNP certification.
Current Utah APRN license or ability to obtain.
