What you’ll do:

1. Handle customer complaints on-site.

2. 2Participate in industry and site new product development.

3. Organize product quality problems verification and solution.

4. Approve new product industrial production.

5. Approve standardized modules.

6. Responsible for non-standard design, process check, quality audit and other work of major product DTO/ETO projects.

7. Review and transform the technical requirements of bidding documents for major bidding projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design, electrical engineering or related.

2. 10+ years experience in electrical industrial, familiar with production process of MV switchgear.

Skills:

3. Be innovative and good at project management.

4. Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing staff to prepare them for advancement.

5. Be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
