About the Job:

Capco is looking for someone to join the fast paced, high volume Human Resources Operations Shared Services Center based in Orlando, FL supporting North and South America. The HR Shared Services team provides support to all Capco offices and is responsible for carrying out a wide range of HR services and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, background screening, contractor administration, leave management, immigration support, compliance and audit support, reporting, and benefit administration. This person will work within the shared services team to support the business with these functions.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide generalist level support of employee lifecycle functions.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international laws and Capco policies.

  • Timely processing of employee data management (new hires, leavers, movers, and system updates).

  • Maintain clear service levels in assigned functional areas.

  • Collaborate with other HR team members and functions outside HR in order to achieve seamless delivery of services and effective resolution of issues.

  • Interact with senior business stakeholders to ensure that our HR Shared Service offerings meet evolving business requirements.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives through identifying opportunities and developing solutions, escalating to more senior team members where necessary.

What You’ll Bring With You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant human resources function.

  • Experience with initiating background checks, drug screens, and generating offer letters, exit packages.

  • Able to manage high volumes while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, often against tight deadlines.

  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly shift gears between high priority tasks and projects.

  • Accustomed to using HR Information Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft), Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse), Docusign, HR ticketing systems.

  • Strong focus on compliance and maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Good communicator, both oral and written.

  • Benefits and Leave administration a plus.

  • Immigration experience a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
