Randstad is looking for experienced maintenance leads or supervisors who are ready to work for a booming food production facility in the city of Ontario, CA. You will assist the maintenance manager with supervision and delegation of maintenance duties throughout the plant. Food and/or beverage experience is preferred. Apply today!

work hours: 10:30 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and insure the facility and equipment are in a safe and operational state of readiness at all times in order to meeting daily production requirements.

• Assists in the established preventative maintenance program which includes lubrication, inspections and engineering sanitation schedules to minimize production down time.

• Aids Maintenance Manager in keeping all outside agency compliance, mandates, inspections, and requirements including: OSHA, AQMD, HAZMAT, AIB, insurance, county, state and federal agencies.

• Assists in purchasing and maintaining proper inventory levels of equipment spare parts.

• Assists Maintenance Manager in maintain the facility and equipment in a safe and operational state of readiness at all times in order to meeting daily production requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
