BaubleBar Senior Sales Manager - Licensing & Partnerships - Hybrid NYC in New York, New York

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

As a Senior Sales Manager of Licensing and Partnerships for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and managing relationships with key wholesale partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

  • Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners

  • Secure and manage new strategic business opportunities

  • Analyze and present sales data while constantly working to maximize sales opportunities

  • Create seasonal merchandise training manuals and product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand

  • Collaborate with team on product assortment, seasonal buys and inventory balancing

  • Recap market feedback, highlight best-sellers and product opportunities

  • Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue

  • Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Work onsite in our Manhattan office 2-3 days per week

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Strong business acumen and comprehension of retail math

  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales plans

  • Advanced sales, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of wholesale markets and competitive landscape

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations and logistics

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience
