Description Personal injury law firm employing approximately 53 team members in our Modesto and Sacramento offices. We are looking for the right candidate to assist the Firm Administrator to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the firm. Candidates must have their own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance as some travel between our Modesto and Sacramento offices will be required.

Responsibilities

Compliance, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, employee counseling, employee relations, and managing of employee health insurance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, business or organization development

• Two years of experience working in an HR department

• Time management skills\

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

• Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking. Requirements
