Job Overview We have a newly created opportunity for a Sr. FP&A Analyst in which you will act as the key finance and business partner to Komatsu\'s shared corporate functions. This role will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will have the responsibility for partnering/leading aspects of the annual budget or supporting forecasts, preparing monthly sales flash or monthly reports to executive leadership, preparing financial trend and variance analysis, supporting development and implementation process improvement using software, and consolidating and reporting monthly and quarterly CAPEX results. Key Job Responsibilities Support financial planning cycle by preparing templates that will be used to gather relevant data from business divisions; load corporate departmental data into SAP/BPC; review reconciliation of US GAAP to Standard Variable Margin (\"SVM\") reporting. Consolidate financial forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis. Compare forecasts with business trends and macro-economic data to determine the reasonableness of the current forecast. Consolidate and report monthly the rolling CAPEX plan supporting approvals, purchase order, actual and planned spending for the current fiscal year and three-year plan. Obtain variance explanations for capacity costs by business division. Decision support including analysis of historical financials, obtain variance explanations, update risks and opportunities to current plan and maintain Key Performance Indicators (\"KPI\'s\") historical and planned trends. Maintain trends for bookings and sales data by region, product, and commodity. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual bridge analysis. Prepare monthly reporting metrics of KPI\'s.
