As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will have the flexibility to work hands on with each of these manufacturing areas to fine tune the product and its processes.

Plan/Process machining operations by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering process sketches, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (DG&T).

Be able to design work holding, fixturing for complex Aerospace components to manufacture on CNC and manual lathers, mills, lasers, welders and other equipment within a manufacturing facility.

Analyze drawings, blueprints and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines tool selection machine speeds and feed rates.

Be capable to reading and interpreting instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts being machined within specified tolerance.

Effectively navigate SolidWorks 2D & 3D.

Ability to work with exotic metals
