About the role:

This position is responsible for serving as a PMO Data Analyst, reporting to the Director, Program Management Office, PMO. Supports PMO functions by analyzing data, generating insights, and creating reports. Ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and contribute to project and department level decision-making. Work collaboratively with project managers, project teams and functional leaders to ensure deadlines are achieved. Identify process improvement opportunities to enable project success.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Assist project managers and stakeholders in gathering project data and analyze performance metrics, provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deadlines.

  • Utilize continues improvement principles and statistical analysis techniques to identify process improvements, optimize project workflows, and enhance overall project efficiency.

  • Generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Support the implementation of PMO best practices, standards, and tools to streamline project management processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Engineering, or related field).

  • Experience in project management, project coordination, or data analysis roles.

  • Basic understanding of project life cycle management principles and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with continues improvement methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

· The compensation range for this role is $70000-$85000 year. This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive pay/commissions] pay .

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
