Transdev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in Southwest/Southern California region. This position will be remote with travel expected to locations as needed. The salary range for this position is $65-75K. Candidate must be located in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff and leadership.

  • Assists with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area.

  • Establishes themselves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process

  • Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner

  • Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users.

  • Reports weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area. Attends regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates

  • Ensures recruiting and hiring practices comply with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Affirmative Action, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources Role

  • Knowledge and experience in using and teaching Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High sense of urgency, with efficient time management skills
