Universal Health Services Group Facilitator in LIBERTY HILL, Texas
Responsibilities
Make a Difference in the Lives of Adolescent Patients
As the Group Facilitator, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health group therapy sessions to adolescent patients within our residential units. Under the supervision of our Director of Clinical Services, you'll lead CBT and skill-based groups tailored to the unique needs of the group.
Your Impact:
Help adolescent patients develop essential skills to manage their mental health and achieve their goals
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
Utilize our EMR system to track patient progress, document group notes, and support individualized treatment plans
Foster open communication lines with our Director of Clinical Services, Program Managers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
A passion for working with adolescent patients and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health services
Experience with evidence-based group therapy approaches, such as CBT and skill-based groups
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
