SUMMARY

The GlobalView Country Solution Manager for Costa Rica is responsible for overall product delivery. Responsibility is focused on building and maintaining the Costa Rica country template and activities related to defining and managing roadmap priorities through collaboration with internal (and sometimes external) business partners; functional analysis and design; integrating all aspects of product development and delivery into a coherent solution. The role uses defined processes and guidance to ensure priorities are managed appropriately to meet broad and specific business objectives. This role requires significant collaboration with various internal and external business partners.

This role requires significant functional and technical expertise of SAP payroll delivery for Costa Rica, as well as practical knowledge of GlobalView® processes and standards and country specific services.

This role is expected to function independently based on information gathered from multiple sources including internal and external business partners as well as Country Solutions & Localization team leadership. The role is expected to manage all aspects of product solution delivery and related communications. The role is responsible for providing regular status reports regarding key issues following defined processes and guidelines to internal business partners and team leadership.

Reporting to the Director – Product Development, the role interacts heavily with senior level managers and consultants throughout the organization and may be required to interact with executive-level management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • SAP functional and technical expertise in analysis and design for the Costa Rica Payroll.

  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM technical skills in analysis and design as well as configuration and testing.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Significant appreciation of cultural nuances differences and their impact on effective communication.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical support and functional delivery of solutions for Costa Rica SAP payroll (preferably delivery of product template OR in implementing or maintaining client solutions based on a template)
