JOB REQUIREMENTS: Daytime Call Taker (Customer Service Rep) - 5791 Responsibilities * Answer, screen, and direct calls for entire company * Distinguish the need for emergency transportation * Pre-arrange transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for the patients * Arrange specialty and critical care transportation * Provide information and assistance for customer service inquires as needed * Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personal * Provide supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport * Develop effective solutions for customer service issues * Direct calls to Flight desk as appropriate * Other duties as assigned Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service of Wisconsin, Inc. is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent.
