ITT Corporation Regional Sales Manager in Irvine, California
Position Summary - this position is responsible for managing the development and implementation of the strategies to grow our business with our e-commerce distribution partners.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the business relationship, inventory and sales of ITT's growing e-commerce distribution partners.
Develop e-commerce growth strategies for new and current product portfolio.
Analyze sales trends to maximize customer reach & inventory requirements.
Partner with marketing team to develop & implement strategic marketing campaigns.
Build influential relationships with counterparts & senior management at assigned distributor partners.
Learn internal capabilities, systems and processes to support growth objectives.
Manages cross functional activities as required between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, Operations and manufacturers rep firms to support growth initiatives.

Ability to travel as required to support distributors, 25% estimated.
Strong e-commerce experience and/or business systems knowledge
Ability to problem solve in unstructured environments
Strong oral & written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
Electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience preferred
Analytic skills in Excel
