PharmaForce, Inc. Process Engineer Intern in Hilliard, Ohio

Nature and Scope Own and execute inventory projects with supervision/guidance that include but not limited to developing system efficiencies, data collection, data entry and project management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Undertake and successfully complete the following: create/update database for gateway into parts management system, develop equipment hierarchy including size change parts and spare parts. Completes basic tasks in a Microsoft Excel database. Develop at least 5 system assets in the inventory management system (Blue Mountain), including all parts associated with the system asset. Prepare a presentation of project results at the end of the internship. This presentation will define a process for asset management in Blue Mountain. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements and Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 1+ years of college level courses pursuing a degree in an accredited engineering program, required. Ability to work 40 hrs/week during the summer internship program onsite in a manufacturing environment. General computer skills such as Windows and Microsoft Office, required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Physical Environment and Requirements Physically able to wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, and protective gloves. PPE is essential for the health and safety of employees. Employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
