CSS establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project based one-time services . CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both in fixed price and T&M basis. CSS services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large scale Oracle customers.

Growth and expand business. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

Job Description:-

At least 15+ years of sales experience in the Services Sales in Telecom, Government, PSU and Enterprise, preferably with professional services sales skills.

  • Understanding of the enterprise software/infrastructure and services.

  • Experience in working on advanced/integrated /professional services engagements model working across multiple lines of business & product lines for both scope based project engagement & annuity-based services.

  • Minimum 5 years of successful direct sales experience in Software IT Services market.

  • Self-starter, fast learner and hungry for knowledge and information.

  • Fully aware of technology trends, industry standards, and terminology.

  • Works in a designated industry on a defined customer list and cooperates within the Oracle Account team.

  • Produce and communicates an accurate weekly forecast while maintaining the sales pipeline on Global CRM.

  • Proven track record of overachievement of sales quota.

  • Customer Insights - Actively understand each customer's Oracle technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.

  • Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospects priorities on Oracle education & courses. Manage product mix to suit the organization's long term view.

  • Work closely with the Operations/delivery team and ensure the delivery of the programs on time and effectively.

  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations.

Qualification/Experience:-

Postgraduate or Graduate in IT, Marketing / Business Management.

  • 15+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise solutions in IT/Office automation/Solution sales.

  • Demonstrated success with key/strategic accounts, large deals, and complex sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.vice contracts.
