Main Tasks:

-Before plant starting up:

-Support detailed business concept phase for OMP implementation and support implementation for Oxo/Acrylics products

-Gain deep knowledge of Supply Chain Boundary conditions of Supply Chain in Oxo/Acrylics

-Support in the implementation of the OMP tool

-Support implementation of planning optimization tool

-Test, validate, document, and deploy changes through the system landscape and present the requested functionalities to planners and other stakeholders in future.

-Collaborate with OMP Project Manager and all other various stakeholders along the implementation timeline.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline with clear focus on supply chain management/operations management; Master’s degree is a plus; Long-term experience

-A minimum of 5-8 years‘experience in supply chain planning

-Mature knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes/ IT systems/ environment.

-Profound Experience in the Petrochemicals supply chain is a plus.

-Experience in development with focus on supply chain planning solutions is a plus.

-Expertise in Planning and SAP

-Practical knowledge and profound experience in MS Power Point and Excel

-Understanding of business management practices like CRM, Sales Force is a plus.

-Fluent English and Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

-High conceptual and simulation capability

-Good Project Management skills

-Creative problem-solving & approaching data and problems with a clear eye on what is important; employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time.

-Strong communication skills (with respect to technical & IT experts)
