Description

Robert Half is seeking a Sales Representative they will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/exceeding monthly and annual quotas. The Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell products and services. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.

• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.

• Utilize various sales tools and techniques to generate leads.

• Conduct needs assessments for potential clients.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.

• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and quotations.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
