We make real what matters. This is your role.

  • Lead and continuously improve our unique Grow & Development concept with the three lanes lifelong learning, personal stretch, and career exploration to create sustainable solutions tailored to CF A and business needs. Be a frontrunner for new people development topics (e.g. future relevant skills)

  • Be responsible for the CF A learning portfolio incl. identification, design, implementation, and delivery of innovative cutting-edge training courses and learning methods.

  • Shape the agile auditing journey based on the Scrum methodology. Enhance concepts, strategies and foster an agile mindset across the assurance practices by coaching, guiding, training and challenging teams based on agile principles.

  • Drive innovation by using your analytical & conceptional thinking skills to create extraordinary idea and improve existing training concepts (be it on-site or virtual) with internal and external training providers.

  • Create new digital learning and training formats, by diving into the world of digital solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. If you are not yet an expert in creating digital solutions, you can become one with us.

  • Be part of the leading core organization team of our yearly in-person Learning Summit where the global CF A community comes together to connect and participate in a wide range of learning opportunities. Responsible to curate an exciting learning curriculum with trainings from soft skills, technical skills to assurance skills and as well contribute to other learning activities (e.g. learning workshops, keynote speakers)

  • Your growth mindset and costumer orientation will be essential. Be part of an environment where we put our community to the center and constantly challenge each other to deliver the best we can to our talents.

  • Embrace a hands-on mentality, actively engage and contribute to any topic within the People, Learning and Innovation cosmos and participate in CF A audit assignments.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • At least 5-8 years of professional working experience after university within Siemens, in a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or in other relevant international consulting companies.

  • Master’s degree with above-average academic results in Business, HR, Learning and Development, Project Management, or similar fields.

  • Working experience in the field of learning and training with a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering successful learning solutions from concept to launch.

  • Experience in agile transformations, agile practices and SCRUM method.

  • Profound knowledge and experience in various multi-phase and complex projects.

  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines while seeing the bigger picture.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and German; ability to communicate effectively to large groups and create impactful presentations.

  • Excellent team player with a passion for Assurance topics (e.g., Audit, ERM, Internal Controls).

  • Commitment to continuous learning, education and potential to develop further.
