JOB SUMMARY:

Receives requests for quotations, orders, lead times, and order follow-up from customers. Prepares quotations on standard and non-standard items, negotiates price, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Coordinates with internal departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:

Achieves and maintains good relationships with customers and assures customer satisfaction by prompt resolution of all customer related issues.

Receives requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from all customers.

Resolves multiple daily situations regarding internal and external customer interactions.

Performs pricing, decision making, and communication to customers on all requests for quotations.

Serves as liaison between customer and all internal departments to meet customer and company needs.

Performs data entry.

This position pay scale is from $64,480.00-$131,300.00 annually.
