Shift availability Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm - Hybrid 3 days in Office 2 days Remote

Our ideal Business Analyst must be able to:
The main function of the Collateral/Margin Operations unit is to mitigate exposure to counterparty risk on OTC derivative trades.
The analyst will be expected to be a team member of the Collateral Operations Unit, which monitors daily margins for customers across various products (Rates, Commodity, Structured Credit, Equity, and Foreign Exchange).
Counterparty net exposure is evaluated each morning to determine collateral requirements.
Education/Certification Requirements for a Business Analyst
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years as a professional in the finance industry
College degree or related experience
Experience and Skills Requirements Nice to have for a Business Analyst:
Strong communicator with customer-facing experience
Proactive and acts with a sense of urgency
Ability to manipulate large sets of data (not required but nice to have
Basic understanding of financial markets and derivative products
Basic understanding of financial markets documentation (ISDA, IFEMA, PSA)
Strong communication skills
Basic Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines, handle high-pressure situations, and juggle multiple tasks
Detail oriented -specifically the ability to recognize unusual flows/triggers for collateral in agreements and new trade structures

Pay Details: $40.37 per hour
