Job Description

The Assistant Client Business Manager is responsible for timely and accurate data entry and reconciliation of all financial and billing management across the DSplus program portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, contract verification and monitoring for all media and partner activity at Tier 2 and Tier 3, facilitating PO’s, media invoicing and client billings, and accounting of individual Dealer service fees for all Dealerships on our programs. This position will also be responsible for financial statement management as well as additional administrative support across multiple pillars of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal Agency partners to gather financial data on a timely basis for entry into DSplus financial database

  • Open and track to all billing jobs on Salesforce to initiate billing cycles for individual programs, services, media, and third-party data fees.

  • QA monthly billing packages as delivered by technology partner covering complete book of delivered services.

  • Reconcile monthly budgets and invoices from media platform partners.

  • Support Internal Operations senior leadership on various projects related to DSplus billing activities

  • Support DSplus internal brand marketing efforts

  • Provide appropriate level of support in meeting preparation

Qualifications

  • Accounts payable and/or budget management experience is preferred as the job requires a high level of understanding of agency billing and reconciliation

  • Knowledge of integrated communications is preferred; prior experience in retail advertising and/or the automotive category is a plus, but not required.

  • The Assistant Client Business Manager will require extensive proficiency in the use of excel.

  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.

  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.

  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong demonstrated use of Mediaocean (Prisma/OX), Google Apps, Microsoft 365 Product Suite, Keynote, and Salesforce.
