Job Title: IT Process Analyst IV

SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Corning’s Technology Service Management team is working to improve the IT Service Management processes and governance. Our continual improvement in these areas is an important piece of IT being able to continually deliver improved services to our business partners.

Corning is seeking a person with experience and who will be responsible for governance and oversight of the Service Portfolio lifecycle and performance. They will be the responsible owner of the IT Service Portfolio including documentation and reporting, communication, training, and escalations. This individual will ensure the process is understood and carried out by individuals within the various IT Lines of Business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall prioritization and oversight of IT Service Portfolio including metrics, data cleanup, service lifecycle management, and collaboration within IT and our partners.

  • Work together with Process Owners, Service Line Directors, Service Owners, and Business Engagement teams to ensure Corning’s service management success.

  • Continue the day to day of the following processes: o IT Service Portfolio.

  • Ensure the accuracy of the services at each stage of the service lifecycle.

  • Act as a point of contact to provide information related to the portfolio to key stakeholders as required.

  • Provide guidance on the configuration and use of the digital portfolio management module in ServiceNow.

  • Collaborate across Technology Service Management to ensure the services are maintained and accurate in all tools (Apptio, Planview, and ServiceNow).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of IT experience with a global footprint, ideally in the manufacturing industry

  • BS in Computer science or related field

  • ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation Certification

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and pull teams together to implement governance and improvements.

  • Demonstrated understanding of IT service metric data, analysis and driving improvements.

  • Strong understanding and experience with building and operating in an integrated operating model framework.

  • Demonstrated experience and high level of confidence with vendor interaction and management.

  • Experience with ITSM tools.

  • Experience leading complex initiatives or projects.

  • IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge.

  • Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities.

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of on time delivery within budget; ability to drive projects to successful conclusion using influencing tools.

  • Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment and motivate others.

Pay Transparency:

  • This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $48.39/hour - $72.01/hour .

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).

  • Contract Duration : 6-months (Target Start/End Date: 06/18/2024 to 12/14/2024).

  • Location: Onsite - 4200 Corning Place; Charlotte, NC 28216.

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (40 hours/week).

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :

  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen

  • Preferred years of experience : 3+ Years

  • Travel Required : No travel required

  • Shift timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
