Location: 2350 MEADOWS BLVD, Castle Rock, 80109

The role you’ll contribute:

Maintains the grounds in an attractive, safe and sanitary condition. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.

· Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.

· Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

· Maintains all irrigation systems and notifies the Facility Manager of any major system problems.

· Monitors fertilization and insecticide programs and treats as needed.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· High School Grad or Equiv and 1 years experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

· Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience

· Two years of technical experience

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

· Credential: DRIVLIC-Required
