Description

Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting team is looking for a Billing and Invoicing Clerk for a great environmental company in Cameron Park! This Billing Clerk would be working directly with the Accounting Manager working on:

-Entering bills into POS system

-High Volume invoicing

-Working off excel (intermediate level and up)

-Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill

-Billing Clerks receive payments from customers using various methods (cash, online payments, etc.) and verify their credibility.

-They ensure that all relevant information needed to calculate bills receivable (such as order amounts and discount rates) is collected accurately.

The ideal candidate would come with a construction background, have intermediate and above level of excel and have at least 2+ years of billing experience. This is a temporary job for 3+ months that would start right away!

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Proficiency in Excel Formulas
