About the Role:

We are looking for a tax specialist to join our Cono Sur team. In this role you will be in charge of tax compliance through the preparation and presentation of National, Provincial and Municipal tax returns and their Withholding and Collection regimes. The Southern Cone Tax team supports the tax management of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.

What you will do:

  • Settlement and presentation of national, provincial and municipal taxes

  • Annual Declarations of Gross Income, Profits and Transfer Pricing

  • Management of tax systems, tax applications

  • Analysis of withholding regimes and perceptions of Gross Income, VAT and Profits.

  • Analysis of tax accounts and entry of accounting entries.

  • Loading tax conditions of clients, suppliers, registers in the system.

  • Preparation of tax forms, presentations and external reports and reports to headquarters.

  • Guarantee compliance with tax regulations, keep systems updated according to current regulations

  • Advice with external consultants and agencies on tax matters (e.g., external auditors, lawyers, external regulatory agencies, etc.)

  • Participation in audits and inspections, accounting and tax

  • Collaboration and interaction with all areas of the company regarding tax advice

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or Finance

  • At least 3 years of experience in Taxes

  • Experience in Audit Firms (Desirable)

  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills

  • SAP management (Desirable)

  • Advanced English
